as an intro, the club is composed of active serving corps members of nigeria's national youth service corps. a handful of them are based in Kontagora in niger state, one of the highest hivaids prevalence states in the country. they serve their country right in the heart of the core northern region, among prostitutes and smokers and drug addicts and multiple-sexual-partner individuals and long distance lorry drivers. smackdab in the heart of people who would rather dash to "gidan wuta" (that is hausa for hell) before they slid on a condom for any prophylactic reason.
the behaviour and lifestyle is far from abominable. it is downright risky.
